A change to announce, as Joe Brown is back in a the driver for the Fire 4 Hire Jet Tank. His page is here.

The team had no luck in Salt Lake, as rain kept the Jets off the track the entire weekend. The Trip to Alaska was a lot of fun, but the weather there was not perfect either. We did get in one run on Saturday and two on Sunday.

Huge announcement and changes in store for the team..........

After 30 years in Drag racing. Brad Janishewski announced his
retirement.
Brad was licensed in a alcohol funny car in 1981 and most notably
raced Jet cars since 1999. Brad and his wife Heather own 4 jet cars.
'Rollin Thunder Jet Funny Car', 'Her A Cane Jet Dragster', 'Secret Weapon
Jet Tank
' and 'Canadian Peacekeeper Jet 1/2 Track Tank Jet'.
Prior to Xmas Brad was diagnosed with a major heart failure. All
tests were performed and concluded that there is no blockages of
arteries or and know reason for this failure. The simple facts are
Brads muscles surrounding his heart have stopped working. It is
unknown at this time weather it due to cancer when he was young or the
treatment of that , hereditary, or viral. Brad meets with a heart
specialist team Feb 15.
We will announce the new driver of Rollin Thunder soon.

January 2011

Welcome to the new Jet Car web site for the Janishewski family. Fire 4 Hire is a four jet car team (and one Jr Dragster) owned by Heather and Brad Janishewski from Drayton Valley Alberta. The four Jets are shown on the top banner and include two of the most distinct race cars in all of drag racing. A Jet Tank and a Jet 4 Trax support vehicle. Both the military cars and the Dragster and Funny Car are known North America Wide for putting on great fire and smoke shows.

Click on the links above to see the drivers and the cars.

When the Jets hit the track you will see many changes on three of the four cars. Heather's "Her-a-Cane" Dragster will be completely different with an upgraded chassis, powerplant body and paint. To say the new look will be outstanding is an understatement.

Brad's Funny Car won't be funny per say in 2011, but will likely be the most unique high speed car out there. That's all I can say right now, but it will blow you away.

The tank will undergo a face lift paint wise with camo green being the theme.

The site is still under construction so check back often as we get the site up in full operation. The 2011 schedule is being worked on at press time.
